Conditions We Treat

Patients search by symptom, not technique — so here's what we actually treat. Every condition below gets the same process: a real examination (bring your imaging reports), a plain-language diagnosis, and a personalized, finite treatment plan.

Lower Back Pain

The most common reason patients come to us — and the condition with the strongest research support for chiropractic care. Whether it's a sudden 'my back went out' or a years-long ache from desk work, treatment combines adjustment, soft-tissue work and exercises targeted at the actual cause.

Neck Pain

Stiff necks, 'text neck' from phones and screens, and pain radiating into the shoulders respond well to precise, gentle treatment — including low-force techniques for patients wary of neck adjustments.

Whiplash

After a car accident or sudden jolt, neck pain, stiffness and headaches often appear a day or two later — the classic whiplash pattern. Care starts gentle and progresses as the tissue settles: careful examination first, low-force techniques early on, then restoring normal movement so the neck doesn't stay guarded.

Shoulder Pain

The shoulder is the body's most mobile joint, and it pays for that mobility: rotator-cuff strain, posture-driven impingement and stubborn stiffness are all common. We treat the joint and the soft tissue around it together — including the neck and upper back, which are involved in more shoulder problems than most people expect.

Headaches & Migraines

Many chronic headaches start in the neck (cervicogenic) or in tight shoulder and neck muscles (tension-type). We treat the joints and muscles feeding the headache — honestly distinguishing which headache types chiropractic can help and which need a physician.

Sciatica

Pain shooting from the low back or buttock down the leg usually means an irritated sciatic nerve. Treatment targets the source of the irritation — disc, joint or deep muscle — with gentle, disc-appropriate adjustment techniques and targeted soft-tissue work.

Herniated Disc & Spinal Stenosis

A disc bulge or narrowing of the spinal canal doesn't automatically mean surgery. Gentle, disc-appropriate techniques and a graded exercise program help many patients manage pain and return to normal life — and we coordinate with physicians when imaging or injections are needed.

Arm & Leg Pain

Pain, numbness or tingling that travels down an arm or leg often starts at the spine — an irritated nerve in the neck or low back referring symptoms outward. The examination's job is to find the real source: spinal nerve, local joint, or tight muscle along the path. Treating the source, not just where it hurts, is what makes the difference.

Carpal Tunnel Syndrome

Numb, tingling fingers and a weak grip usually point to the median nerve being compressed at the wrist — though similar symptoms can start in the neck or forearm. Conservative care includes soft-tissue work along the nerve's path (a focus of Dr. Raimi's, including ART®), joint work and activity changes — and we're honest about when severe or progressing cases need a physician's evaluation.

Pregnancy Discomfort

Back, pelvic and postural changes during pregnancy can cause real pain. Dr. Raimi is Webster-certified (ICPA) in pregnancy-specific analysis and gentle adjustment — safe in every trimester.

Children & Infants

Kids' joints and muscles have their own needs. Our doctors — including ICPA-member Dr. Raimi and Dr. White with his infant-safe low-force training — treat children with appropriately gentle techniques, always in coordination with your pediatrician.

Sports Injuries

From running overuse injuries to netball ankles: Dr. Raimi is a former team chiropractor for the Israel Netball Team, and both she and Dr. White are former IDF volunteer chiropractors. Care combines ART®, adjustment and return-to-sport exercises.

Work Injuries

A lifting injury in the warehouse or a repetitive-strain injury at the keyboard — work injuries span both. Treatment combines hands-on care with practical changes to how you work (lifting mechanics, desk setup, micro-breaks), because returning to the same pattern is how the same injury comes back.

Posture & Scoliosis

Rounded desk-worker shoulders, forward head posture, and scoliosis-related muscle strain benefit from joint mobility work plus a strengthening program — with honest guidance on what posture care can and cannot change.

Vertigo & Dizziness

Some dizziness is driven by the neck: stiff upper-cervical joints and tight muscles can feed the balance system misleading signals (cervicogenic dizziness), and treating the neck can help. The examination distinguishes this from inner-ear and other causes — which we refer to the right physician rather than treat.

Not sure your problem fits a category? That's normal — most real cases don't. Book an assessment and we'll tell you honestly whether chiropractic care is the right tool.
