Privacy Policy

Contacting a clinic means sharing personal — sometimes health-related — information. This page explains, in plain language, what we collect through this website, what we do with it, and what we deliberately don't do.

What we collect

When you send our contact form, we receive the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address, the area of your complaint, and anything you write in the message — which may include health information you choose to share. Browsing the site itself requires no account and no registration, and we do not set our own tracking cookies or run advertising trackers.

How it's used and stored

Form submissions are delivered to the clinic's email inbox via our email-delivery provider (Resend) and are used for one purpose: responding to your inquiry and arranging your care. We do not sell or trade your details, and we do not use them for advertising. Clinical records created if you become a patient are kept separately at the clinic, under the confidentiality obligations that apply to health professionals in Israel.

Third-party services

If you contact us by WhatsApp or phone, that conversation is handled by those services under their own terms. The website is hosted on Vercel, whose servers process standard technical request data (such as IP addresses) to deliver the site.

Your rights

Under Israel's Privacy Protection Law you may ask to review the personal details we hold about you, and to correct or delete them. Write to us at chirojerusalem@gmail.com or call 058-627-7665 and we'll respond promptly.

A practical note

The contact form is for booking and general questions. Please don't use it for urgent medical issues — call us, or seek emergency care. And share only the health details you're comfortable sending; a full history belongs in the treatment room, not a web form.
